1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pub 556 ("pub 556," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pub 556 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at pub-556.com (the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the pub 556 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) pub 556 account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pub 556 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pub 556 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. pub 556 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. pub 556 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. pub 556 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the pub 556 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub 556 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pub 556 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your pub 556 account in bonus credit form and must be wagered the required number of times before conversion to real-money funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub 556 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if pub 556 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pub 556's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub 556 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

12. Termination

pub 556 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

You may close your pub 556 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Amendments to These Terms
